Dual-Rate Vocoder

APCO Project 25 Dual-Rate Vocoder is extension of the standard in accordance with Phase II and includes both the Full-Rate 7200 bps vocoder and a new Half-Rate 3600 bps vocoder.

Moreover, new Half-Rate vocoder is compatible with Europian DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) standard.

Our implementation of the Dual-Rate Vocoder is performed in exact accordance with TIA-102.BABA standard and provides a guaranteed interoperability with well-known implementations of the standard.

With our implementation of the Dual-Rate Vocoder you can start Phase 2 of the APCO P25 and DMR right now and without large expenses.

APCO Project 25 Dual-Rate vocoder is available right now as:

- source float-point C-code,
- dynamic and/or static library for Win32,

Also any DSP, RISC or general-purpose platform (during three-four months).
