SPR (Sinusoidal Pulsed Representation)- effective method of speech coding
in range of 300-4800 bps bit rates.

We have developed proprietary method of the speech coding,
which have named as Sinusoidal Pulsed Representation (SPR).
This method differs from well-known first of all by more complex model
of speech synthesis. Speech is synthesized as mixture of three components:
- harmonics of the fundamental frequency (Pitch),
- noise,
- aperiodic pulses
Such representation allows to synthesize all speech sounds,
including voiced, unvoiced, mixed and also complex transients with
aperiodic vibration of vocal cords.
